Visionary Coach Certification Agreement

  1. Non-Refundable Policy
    • All fees and payments made are non-refundable.
  2. Payment Obligations
    • Participants who choose a monthly payment plan agree to complete all payments as scheduled.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights
    • All materials, tools, concepts, and resources provided during the Program, are the intellectual property of YouVision.
    • Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program Content strictly for personal development and client coaching purposes only.

YouVision reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the Program if they violate any terms of this Agreement. Participants may also terminate their participation by providing written notice to YouVision.
